I love this recipe because it combines two of my favorite things—crispy chicken tenders and Doritos.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts boneless and cut into strips
  • 2 cups of Nacho Cheese Doritos crushed
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In one shallow dish, place the crushed Doritos. In another shallow dish, whisk together the milk and eggs.
  • Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture
  • Then coat it thoroughly with the crushed Doritos.
  • Place the coated strips onto the prepared baking tray.
  • Lightly spray the chicken strips with oil, then bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  • Enjoy!
