- Chicken breast cooked with olive oil, butter, salt and pepper, shredded once cooked and cooled..
- Diced onion..
- Garlic powder onion powder, salt and pepper to your liking..
- As much roasted chopped green Chile you want…
Instructions
- Cook chicken, shred.
- Add to slow cooker with rest of ingredients.
- Cook until posole’ pops slightly for about 3 to 4 hours and serve to enjoy.
