Jalapeno Popper Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 16 oz. Cream cheese softened
- 2 Chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 1 C. Sour cream
- 6 Jalapeno peppers deseeded and finely chopped
- 2 C. Mexican blend shredded cheese
- 2 lbs. Tater tots
- 6 Green onions chopped
Instructions
- Layer the tater tots in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- Bake the tater tots for 15 minutes in a 425 degrees preheated oven.
- Stir together the cream cheese, chicken, ¾ of the bacon, ¾ of the green onions, the sour cream, jalapeno peppers and 1 ½ cups of the shredded cheese in a mixing bowl
- Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture over the tater tots.
- Sprinkle with the remaining cheese, bacon and green onions.
- Bake for another 20 minutes.
