Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet and pan fry the tortillas individually for a couple of minutes per side or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Put 4 fried tortillas on a baking sheet and divide the refried beans between them, spreading them out evenly.
Divide the ground beef between them.
Put the other 4 tortillas on top.
Combine the taco sauce with the enchilada sauce and spoon this over the tortillas, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the cheese over each one and then bake for 3 or 4 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Serve cut into 4 wedges and topped with the black olives, diced tomatoes, green onions, and anything else you like.
