Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet with non-stick spray. Set it aside.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon until it's fully browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat and return the skillet to the stove.
Add the taco seasoning (without water) to the beef and stir to coat the meat evenly. Remove from heat and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Roll out the Pillsbury pizza dough on a flat surface. Slice it in half lengthwise, then make four cuts in both directions to create 10 small rectangles.
Place about a tablespoon (or more) of the taco meat in the center of each dough rectangle. Add a halved cheese stick on top of the meat.
Carefully roll each dough rectangle into a stick, ensuring the seams are sealed.
Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl. Brush the mixture over the taco sticks.
Arrange the sticks on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Serve hot with your favorite taco toppings, and enjoy the irresistible combination of cheesy, savory goodness in every bite!
Enjoy!
