Chicken Bacon Ranch Potato Bake

- 1½ pounds chopped chicken breas
- 8 cubed small red potatoes not peeled
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar/mozzarella cheese blend
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, olive oil, and hot sauce.
Add the chopped chicken and potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat everything evenly.
