Chicken Bacon Ranch Potato Bake

This recipe is a go-to favorite because it brings together some of the most beloved ingredients: tender chicken, smoky bacon, creamy ranch dressing, and crispy potatoes.

Ingredients
  

  • pounds chopped chicken breas
  • 8 cubed small red potatoes not peeled
  • cup olive oil
  • teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar/mozzarella cheese blend
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix together salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, olive oil, and hot sauce.
  • Add the chopped chicken and potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat everything evenly.
  • Transfer the chicken and potato mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.
  • Once cooked, sprinkle the crumbled bacon and chopped green onions over the top.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
