Creamy Beef Taco Soup

- 28 oz. Diced tomatoes
- 2 lbs. Ground beef
- 4 oz. Salsa
- 1 Small onion diced
- 2 Taco seasoning packets
- 1 Bell pepper diced
- 4 oz. Cream cheese softened
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
- 24 oz. Beef broth
- 2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
Add the ground beef, bell peppers and onions to a skillet, and saute until the meat is completely browned and the vegetables are softened.
Place the meat mixture into an Instant Pot, then Mix in the tomatoes, beef broth, salsa, garlic and taco seasoning.
Stir to combine.
Close the lid, and make sure the dial is set to sealing.
Cook on high for 2 minutes, and then allow the Instant Pot to complete a natural release before opening.
Stir in the cream cheese, heavy whipping cream and cheddar cheese.
Serve garnished with your favorite toppings.
