Creamy Cheesy Chicken Tacos
These creamy, cheesy chicken tacos are easy to make and they’re so delicious. This Mexican comfort food can be served with your favorite side dishes and you can also add any toppings you want.

- 4 cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 10 corn tortillas
- Lettuce onions, diced tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, and/or guacamole, to serve
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Shred the chicken using a pair of forks.
Blend the taco seasoning with the cream cheese in a bowl.
Add the shredded chicken to the cream cheese mixture.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet.
Put a corn tortilla in there and heat it for a few seconds until hot.
Remove and repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Divide the chicken mixture between the tortillas
Then roll them up.
Arrange the rolled up tacos in a greased baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and bake for about 5 minutes, then serve with your preferred sides and toppings.
