Instructions
Saute the ground beef in olive oil using the Instant Pot saute setting until browned throughout.
Add the onion and cook for 3 more minutes.
Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, chili powder, cumin, beef broth, paprika, sugar, salt, cocoa powder, pepper, and drained rinsed beans.
Select the chili/beans setting and cover the pot. Cook for 20 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally or release it manually, then serve with your preferred toppings.
