Nacho Tacos
A tasty cross between tacos and nachos, these crunchy nachos with taco flavored beef and taste toppings is sure to be a huge hit whether you’re feeding a crowd or just making a snack for the family.

- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup diced red onions
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ cup sliced black olives
Saute the beef in a skillet until completely browned, then drain off any excess grease.
Stir in the taco seasoning along with however much water the package directions say.
Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Spread one layer of tortilla chips over a baking sheet and spoon the beef mixture on top.
Add the cheese and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.
Top with the olives, tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, cilantro, and sour cream, and serve warm.
