Vegan No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Super simple to make, healthy, and protein-filled vegan peanut butter balls. Covered in shredded coconut, these are great for a small dessert or snack.

- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ flaxseed meal or chia activated seeds
- ½ cup shredded coconut
Place the peanut butter and maple syrup in a medium bowl. Mix together well.
Add the almond flour, flaxseed meal, and coconut. Mix well.
Roll into 12 balls.
Lightly roll each ball in shared coconut.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or keep in the freezer for 4 months.
