Verde Wet Burritos

You’re going to love these easy green chili burritos. They’re so simple to prepare and the flavors are so good.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 flour tortillas 10 inches
  • ½ cup Spanish rice or Mexican rice
  • ¾ cup pork carnitas spiced shredded pork
  • 1 cup green enchilada sauce
  • ¾ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup refried beans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Warm the tortillas so you can fold them without them tearing.
  • Combine the rice and the beans and divide this mixture between the tortillas.
  • Add the meat on top and then half of the cheese.
  • Fold in the sides of each burrito and then wrap tightly.
  • Pour half the enchilada sauce in a square 8-inch baking dish.
  • Arrange the rolled up burritos on top and then pour the rest of the sauce over them.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, add the remaining cheese and cook for another few minutes until the cheese melts.
