- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 chopped bell pepper

- 4 ounces salsa
- 28 ounces canned diced tomatoes

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
