Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 10- ounce bag tortilla chips crushed
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 1 chopped small onion
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup water
- Salsa and sour cream to serve
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Brown the beef in a skillet and drain off the excess fat.
- Stir in the tomatoes, beans, onion, soup, water, and taco seasoning.
- Simmer until everything is hot.
- Put a layer of crushed tortilla chips in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Spoon the meat mixture on top.
- then half the cheese
- repeat these layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbling.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes and then serve with salsa and sour cream.
