Ingredients
- 1 ½ C. Water
- 2 lbs. Ground chuck
- 1 Tbsp. Chicken Boullion
- Salt
- 4 Medium zucchini slices
- Onion powder
- Black pepper
For the salsa:
- 3 Serrano chiles
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Tomatillos
- Handful of cilantro
Instructions
- Boil the ingredients for the salsa in a pot of water until tender, and then set aside to rest.
