Creamy Cheesy Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
- 4 cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 10 corn tortillas
- Lettuce onions, diced tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, and/or guacamole, to serve
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Shred the chicken using a pair of forks.
- Blend the taco seasoning with the cream cheese in a bowl.
- Add the shredded chicken to the cream cheese mixture.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet.
- Put a corn tortilla in there and heat it for a few seconds until hot.
- Remove and repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Divide the chicken mixture between the tortillas
- Then roll them up.
- Arrange the rolled up tacos in a greased baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and bake for about 5 minutes, then serve with your preferred sides and toppings.
