Ingredients
- 4 pounds ground beef
- 1 finely diced yellow onion
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons Mexican seasoning
- 6 tortillas
- 4 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- 3 cups salsa
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef and Mexican seasoning in a skillet, stirring often, until browned throughout.
- Add the onions and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a Dutch oven or round casserole dish.
- Layer the tortillas, beef mixture, cheese, and salsa, making 3 layers of each one and ending with cheese.
