Ensalada de Coditos con Atún
Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 15 ounces canned tuna drained
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 15 ounces mixed vegetables drained
- ⅓ cup chopped pickled jalapenos
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and then add the macaroni and cook until al dente.
- Meanwhile stir the mayo, sour cream, garlic salt, lime juice, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add the pickled jalapenos and red onion to the mayo mixture, and then add the tuna and veggies and stir again.
- Drain the macaroni and rinse with cold running water until cool.
- Add the drained pasta to the bowl and stir everything well.
- Put it in the refrigerator to chill for an hour before serving.
