Grandma's Chili Verde

Grandma's Chili Verde

It’s a type of pork stew recipe with onion, garlic, chilies and tomatoes, and it tastes really good. In fact, it’s the kind of dish grandma would make a day in advance because the flavors meld and combine overnight and the next day this delicious dish tastes even more delicious!

Pair the stew with your side dishes of choice, perhaps fluffy white rice or Spanish rice. If you prefer, you can have quesadillas on the side or even just plain tortillas. And you can tweak the recipe however you want as well, perhaps reducing the amount of chile peppers if you want a milder finish.
