Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small can diced green chilies drained
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 diced yellow onion
- 8 cups broth beef or chicken
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 4 peeled diced russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 cup beans
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with the onion in a large pot for about 6 minutes or until almost completely browned.
- Add the beans, chiles, cumin, salt, potatoes, and broth.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 10 minutes and then add the tomatoes.
