Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 10- ounce bag tortilla chips crushed
  • 1 can ranch style beans
  • 1 chopped small onion
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup water
  • Salsa and sour cream to serve

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • Brown the beef in a skillet and drain off the excess fat.
  • Stir in the tomatoes, beans, onion, soup, water, and taco seasoning.
  • Simmer until everything is hot.
  • Put a layer of crushed tortilla chips in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Spoon the meat mixture on top.
  • then half the cheese
  • repeat these layers.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbling.
  • Let it sit for 10 minutes and then serve with salsa and sour cream.
